The Parada Group was started by Mr. Enoc Parada, over 12 years ago. Our passion for building started at a early in our lives. In 2001 we started by bringing life back to homes that were left forgotten in time, properties suffering from distress, we brought back value and design integrity in renovated homes.
After we continued by adding additions to existing homes around Prince William County and Northern Virginia.
In 2003 the first custom built home was constructed in Lorton Va, with a total of 9,500 sf of beautiful living space, and we have continued custom homes for our clients making their dreams come true. We have found satisfaction and Joy in bringing Joy and realization to our clients lives, when they turn the key to the newly built home.
